All delegates and authors are expected to make their own travel and hotel arrangements.

A block booking with special low rates has been made at two different hotels located in the capital of Tinos Island (Chora) to accommodate participants.

The special prices refer to Single and Twin rooms. The hotels are very close to the Cultural Foundation of Tinos Island, where the conference will take place (no means of transport is required). Delegates are advised to book their accommodation as soon as possible and strictly by August 1^st, 2013. After this date the availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed.
