This info-library was established under the framework of ESMAK project. It contains informative material concerning the three main issues addressed in this project namely the IPPC/BAT for waste prevention/minimisation, the EMAS regulation and the SEVESO regulation. This website shall act as a library for interested clients (industry, national/regional/local authorities, research institutions) to find a full set of information on these items (such as related documents, Directives, publications, frequently asked questions/answers, technical reports, studies, research projects, etc.).

An important feature of the info-library is the option for on-line submission of the Environmental Reports that the industrial sector of Kaliningrad is obliged to submit. In particular the annual submission of environmental data according to Resolution No 1036 “About the submission of the information on environmental pollution” on 11th May 2006, can take place on line through a simple log in feature.
